Students of NSPS remain first in LSSC dance competition

The students of Nankana Sahib Public School won first prize in the folk group dance competition organized by Ludhiana Sahodaya School Complex 2019-2020. As many as 22 schools participated in this event. They performed Punjabi folk group dance Bhangra and won the first position by the scintillating performance.

The winning team includes Manjot Singh, jaskaran Singh, Rajan Sharma, Inderjot Singh , Inderjeet Singh, Mangat, Jagpreet Singh, Akashdeep Singh Matharoo and Jaskaran Singh. However it is a matter of great pride that the school also won first prize in the religious competitions held at Gurudwara Sahib Shaheed Jasdev Singh Nagar Trust. The school won first prize in Gatka and first prize in Shabad Gayan in the 3rd Inter School Religious Competition-2019.

The school Principal Mrs Harmeet Kaur Waraich said,”It is a big achievement that students are not only excelling in sports and academics but also in co-curricular activities.”
